Privacy Policy

Protection of your personal data is important for us. Your data is being processed exclusively according to the framework of legal regulations (GDPR, Data Protection Law, Telecommunications Act 2003). We inform you further about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our business relationships.

Collection and processing of data

We process the data that customers provide us for the implementation of pre-contractual activities and completion of the contract.

Data processing is carried out for the following purposes:

As part of our business relationship, the data provided by the customers is processed automated (e.g. e-mail correspondence) and also in the form of archived text documents (e.g. correspondence, contracts, plans, notices, hand files, personalized invoices), in order to carry out pre-contractual activities and fulfill the requirements of the contract, as well as for marketing purposes

Legal background for data processing:

Data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b of the GDPR (Contract Initiation and Fulfillment), as the data subject himself is a contractual partner.

In addition, the data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f of the GDPR (Legitimate Interest in Marketing and Advertising) or Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (Consent). We would like to provide the interested parties with current and targeted information about our services, projects and prices after their given consent.

Use and disclosure of the data

We only use the customer data to fulfill the contractual obligations, to answer respective inquiries, for accounting, invoicing and for technical administration purposes.

We only pass on the personal data, if this is necessary for the purposes of contract execution and for accounting or, in certain cases, if an expressed consent has been given. The data will be deleted, as soon as it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes, for which it was stored, or if the storage becomes inadmissible for legal reasons. Data, which is stored for invoicing and accounting purposes is exempt from the request for deletion.

Your rights

Basically, you have the right to get information, correction, deletion, restriction of data processing and sharing, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates Data Protection Law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the controlling authority. In case of Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
