Thanks to our many years of experience at the national and international level, we are your go-to partner for small and large-scale construction and civil engineering projects in road, concrete, bridge, tunnel and airport construction.

From developing project concepts, providing condition surveys, working out proposals for refurbishment, planning, drafting of tender documents, vetting of tenders, taking over project management, coordinating and supervising the construction process to taking over inspection and acceptance, auditing and final acceptance.

Testing laboratories / (construction) materials testing
Our laboratories are certified to national and international standards. Nievelt Labor GmbH operates several facilities in Austria that are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 by Akkreditierung Austria, the accreditation body of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy. Our testing laboratory in Georgia is the first facility in the Caucasus region to be accredited to European standards. Nievelt Labor GmbH is also an accredited testing laboratory (authorised expert institution) under the Austrian Waste Management Act 2002.
Inspection body / supervision
Our facility in Stockerau, Lower Austria, is accredited to ISO/IEC 17020 by Akkreditierung Austria. In addition, Nievelt Labor GmbH is listed as an authorised expert institution under the Austrian Waste Management Act 2002 in ZAReg, the central register of industrial plants operated by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management.
Damage analysis / expert reports
Defects and damage can never be ruled out completely. We analyse, consult and write reports – also in our capacity as sworn and certified court experts.
Condition surveys / measurement technology
We specialise in condition surveys of traffic and aircraft operation areas. And we use state-of-the-art measurement technology, including visual inspections and 3D laser scans.
Construction management / FIDIC Engineer
We support developers in the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects at the national and international level. Our team of experts has worked in numerous countries. Thanks to our many years of successful business operations, we have many references available.
